I work in an office, so neck–shoulder–upper back pain has become almost a daily thing for me. After sitting at the computer for a while, my neck stiffens, my shoulders ache, and sometimes the numbness even goes down my arm. I’ve been getting regular massages to ease the pain temporarily, but it only helps for a few days before everything hurts again. Sometimes the pain is so bad that I can’t sleep, and I wake up exhausted.
The Ho Chi Minh City International Kendo Championship 2025 concluded with two action-packed days filled with intensity, discipline, and remarkable sportsmanship. The sound of bamboo swords clashing, the swift footwork, and the unwavering spirit of the competitors created an electrifying atmosphere that captivated everyone present. Once again, congratulations to all Kendoka who delivered outstanding performances. From dramatic duels to inspiring moments of determination, this year’s tournament truly showcased the essence of Kendo — technique, respect, and the warrior spirit.
