Chiro Lifestyle understands that the personal data provided by our Customers is important and must be protected in a secure and transparent manner. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy has been established to ensure that the collection, use, storage, and protection of Customers' personal data are carried out in compliance with the laws of Vietnam and recognized principles of data privacy and information security.

Chiro Lifestyle is committed to protecting Customers' personal data and complying with Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection, issued by the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on April 17, 2023.

2. Purpose of Information Collection

2.1. Chiro Lifestyle collects Customers' Information for the purpose of maintaining communication and providing customer support, including:

a) Notifying Customers about promotions, special offers, advertising campaigns, direct marketing activities, or other commercial promotion programs;

b) Maintaining communication with Customers and responding to inquiries relating to Chiro Lifestyle's Services;

c) Supporting Customers when purchasing products or using Chiro Lifestyle's Services.

2.2. Chiro Lifestyle also collects Customers' Information for management and service improvement purposes, including:

a) Monitoring and managing access to and use of Chiro Lifestyle's Services;

3.1. The Information that Chiro Lifestyle may collect from Customers includes:

a) Full name; date of birth; gender; occupation; demographic information; Citizen Identification (ID) number; nationality; telephone number; and email address.

b) Any other personal information or health-related information voluntarily provided by the Customer or the Customer's family members during consultation, examination, or treatment.

3.2. Depending on the specific Service, the timing, and the purpose of collection, Chiro Lifestyle may request Customers to provide additional Information as necessary to facilitate the provision of Services or to ensure effective communication and transactions between Chiro Lifestyle and the Customer.

3.3. With respect to the scope of Information described in this Policy, Chiro Lifestyle will provide Customers with appropriate options through the Website interface to decide whether to provide or decline to provide such Information.

4. Methods of Information Collection

4.1. Information Provided by Customers

a) Chiro Lifestyle may request Customers to provide the Information specified in Section 3 above in order to fulfill the Customer's request for our Services.

b) Where a Customer requests information regarding our Services or requests that Chiro Lifestyle provide Services, we may ask the Customer to provide relevant Information in order to process such requests efficiently and accurately.

c) Chiro Lifestyle may request additional Information in other circumstances where such collection is necessary for legitimate business or operational purposes.

d) Chiro Lifestyle will always provide Customers with the option to decide whether to provide the requested Information. If a Customer chooses not to provide certain Information, some Services or transactions may not be available, or certain transactions may only be conducted on an anonymous basis where applicable.

4.2. Information Collected by Chiro Lifestyle

a) Information collected from third parties: Chiro Lifestyle may receive Customer Information from publicly available sources, including third-party e-commerce websites, or from third parties through transactions involving the lawful transfer of such Information.

b) Information collected during the provision of Services: During the course of providing Services, Chiro Lifestyle may collect additional Information necessary for delivering those Services, subject to the Customer's consent where required.

c) Information collected during the Customer's use of the Services: For Services that enable Customers to communicate with third parties, information generated through such communications may be transmitted to and stored on Chiro Lifestyle's systems.

4.3. Consolidation of Information

Chiro Lifestyle may consolidate Customer Information collected through different methods for the purposes described in this Policy without obtaining additional consent from the Customer, where permitted by applicable law. However, Customers retain the right to access, review, and request updates or corrections to their Information in accordance with Section 9.1 of this Policy.

5. Use of Information

5.1. Chiro Lifestyle uses the Information collected from Customers for the following purposes:

a) Improving and enhancing the quality of Chiro Lifestyle's Services.

b) Developing customer loyalty programs and other promotional initiatives.

c) Processing matters relating to the Customer's use of the Services or transactions between the Customer and Chiro Lifestyle.

d) Sending welcome letters, thank-you letters, service notifications, or other communications relating to our Services.

e) Sending promotional materials or other marketing communications with the Customer's prior consent.

f) Conducting market research, customer analysis, and evaluating the performance of Chiro Lifestyle's Services.

g) Any other purposes permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

5.2. Customer Information will only be disclosed to third parties in exceptional circumstances where disclosure is required by a court order, a competent governmental authority, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Parties with Access to Information

6.1. To fulfill the purposes of information collection described in this Policy, Chiro Lifestyle may engage third parties to provide services such as data analytics, marketing, customer support, and other services that help us improve the Services provided to Customers. In doing so, Customer Information may be shared with the following parties:

a) Affiliates or entities within the Chiro Lifestyle organization where necessary to facilitate or complete transactions with the Customer.

b) Trusted business partners of Chiro Lifestyle. Any disclosure of Customer Information and the corresponding confidentiality obligations shall be governed by agreements between Chiro Lifestyle and such business partners.

In connection with business development activities or in the event of circumstances such as a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, transfer of business, dissolution, or bankruptcy, Chiro Lifestyle may transfer Customer Information to successor entities or transferees for the purpose of continuing to provide the Services.

6.3. Chiro Lifestyle may disclose Customer Information to third parties or competent governmental authorities where required by applicable laws, pursuant to lawful requests from competent authorities, or where such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Customers, Chiro Lifestyle, or other relevant parties.

6.4. Customer Information may also be disclosed to other parties with the Customer's consent or in accordance with the Customer's instructions.

7. Information Retention

Chiro Lifestyle will retain Customer Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to perform contractual obligations, or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

8. Information Security Commitment

8.1. Chiro Lifestyle is committed to safeguarding Customer Information in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws and regulations.

8.2. Chiro Lifestyle implements appropriate technical, administrative, and security measures designed to protect Customer Information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no website, Internet transmission, or computer system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Accordingly, Chiro Lifestyle cannot guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to or disclosure of Customer Information that occurs without negligence or fault on our part.

9. Customer Rights and Responsibilities

9.1. Customer Rights

a) Customers are entitled to the protection of their Information in accordance with the commitments set forth in this Policy.

b) Customers have the right to opt out of receiving advertising, promotional, or marketing communications from Chiro Lifestyle at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided on the Website or by contacting us directly.

c) Customers have the right to request access to, review, correct, update, or request the deletion of their personal data maintained in Chiro Lifestyle's systems.

d) Customers have the right to request the restriction of personal data processing or withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time by submitting a request via the Hotline or email address specified in this Policy.

9.2. Customer Responsibilities

a) Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing this Policy before accessing or using any Services provided by Chiro Lifestyle. By continuing to access or use the Services, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

b) Customers are responsible for providing accurate and lawful Information to Chiro Lifestyle whenever such Information is requested and voluntarily provided. Customers shall bear full responsibility, without any liability on the part of Chiro Lifestyle, for any consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, unlawful, or misleading Information provided by the Customer, including any interruption of Services, disruption of transactions between the Customer, Chiro Lifestyle, and third parties, or any material or non-material damages resulting from technical issues, transmission failures, system errors, or the use of inaccurate or unlawful Information.

c) Customers must not use any software, tools, or methods to interfere with the operation, data structure, interface, or existing functionalities of the Chiro Lifestyle Website.

d) Customers must not distribute, promote, or engage in any activity intended to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the data or systems managed by Chiro Lifestyle.

e) Customers must not upload, publish, transmit, or distribute any content that violates applicable laws or is contrary to public morals or social ethics through the Chiro Lifestyle Website.

f) Any violation of the foregoing provisions may result in legal action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
